  • All orders are handcrafted with care. Please allow 2 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping.

  • Custom blends may take additional time, as we carefully formulate each blend to your specifications.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • We offer flat-rate and calculated shipping options at checkout.

  • Orders are shipped via [USPS, UPS, FedEx], and delivery times vary based on location.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

International Shipping

  • We do not currently ship internationally.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Once a package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

  • If you experience a delay or issue, please contact the shipping carrier first. However, if further assistance is needed, feel free to reach out, and we’ll do our best to help you navigate the situation.

Returns & Refunds

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges to ensure the safety and integrity of our handcrafted herbal blends.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please email us at hello@soulshinewellness.co within 1 day of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to make it right.

Store Credit (Case-by-Case Basis)

In special cases, we may offer store credit at our discretion. Please reach out if you have concerns about your order, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Once processing begins, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
