About Soulshine Wellness Co.
A practice rooted in slowness, seasons, and the quiet wisdom of plants.
What we do
We craft small-batch herbal offerings and tea rituals to support softer days, steadier nervous systems, and a different pace of living. Each blend is created slowly, with careful sourcing, intuitive formulation, and an eye toward everyday use.
How it began
The story behind Soulshine Wellness

Growing up Jamaican, herbal tea was simply part of life, something we drank for comfort, for pleasure, and for just about anything that ailed us. But during the pandemic, tea became a creative little world of its own.
I started an Instagram account called Me and a Cuppa Tea just for fun. I ordered teas from all kinds of brands, made little reels of myself tasting them, and quickly amassed a collection that was—quite frankly—a little ridiculous. 😂
Somewhere along the way, though, my curiosity began to shift. I became less interested in flavored novelty blends and more fascinated by what plants could actually do. I started taking herbalism classes, joining plant walks, reading every herbal book I could get my hands on, and making teas, tinctures, tonics, and syrups at home. Before long, I was blending something for nearly every ache, discomfort, or need that arose among my family and friends.
Eventually, people began asking where they could buy what I was making. That is how Soulshine Apothecary—and later, Soulshine Wellness—was born. My teas even found their way onto the shelves of two local wellness shops.
Then life shifted, and other endeavors commanded most of my attention for a while. Now, I'm finding my way back to Soulshine, bringing everything I've learned, lived, and loved along with me.
Most things still begin the same way: a teapot steeping, a notebook open, and jars of herbs nearby. I taste, adjust, and wait for that small internal yes. Mostly, it's care, curiosity, and time.
That is what I hope Soulshine Wellness offers too: not a fix or a prescription, but a gentle place to return, to your body, to the season, and to yourself. Thank you for being here!

Accessibility
Our model of care
Rooted in trust, reciprocity, and capacity
At Soulshine Wellness Co., access to herbal care is guided by trust, reciprocity, and respect for each person's circumstances.
Our current public offerings are intentionally focused: the Sip & Reset Kit and The Practice. Still, care does not always fit neatly into a product page. When capacity allows, we may be able to offer gift, trade, pay-what-you-can support, or a small custom herbal request for someone moving through a tender season.
If cost is a barrier, you're welcome to reach out. We'll be honest about what's possible and find a shape that feels fair and sustainable for both of us.
