Accessibility Statement

Last Reviewed: September 2, 2026

Soulshine Wellness Co. wants everyone — including people who use a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, rely on voice control, or need higher-contrast text — to be able to use soulshinewellness.co, join The Practice, and reach us for support without unnecessary barriers.

Our Standard

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as our working standard — the technical benchmark most commonly referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for websites and digital services. Meeting an accessibility standard is ongoing work, not a one-time checkbox, and we treat it that way: as something we keep testing, reviewing, and improving.

What We've Done

Following an accessibility review in September 2026, we made a round of concrete fixes across the site, including:

  • A "Skip to main content" link and a proper main content landmark on every page, so keyboard and screen-reader visitors aren't forced through the full navigation on every page load
  • Darkened sage and gray text colors — including the support email link and footer copyright line — so they meet the 4.5:1 contrast ratio WCAG 2.2 AA requires
  • Properly labeled, autocomplete-enabled fields on the Free Sip & Reset Kit form, with form errors announced automatically to screen readers
  • A fully keyboard- and screen-reader-accessible support chat widget: it's announced as a dialog when opened, focus moves into it automatically, and pressing Escape closes it and returns focus to the chat button
  • A mobile menu button that announces its open/closed state and what it controls to assistive technology, instead of a generic "toggle" label

We also aim for meaningful image alternative text throughout and visible keyboard focus states on interactive elements.

Known Limitations

We're not aware of every barrier that might exist, and we haven't independently verified every page with a screen reader on every device. If something on this site is hard to use, we want to know — see "Report an Issue" below.

Account sign-in is handled by our platform provider's own hosted login page, which sits outside this website's codebase — we've asked our provider about its accessibility and will share what we learn.

This statement covers the soulshinewellness.co website. The Daily Sip mobile app is a separate product with its own codebase and its own accessibility posture, which this statement doesn't cover.

Report an Issue

If you encounter an accessibility barrier anywhere on soulshinewellness.co, please tell us. Visit our Customer Support page, or email us directly at hello@soulshinewellness.co. Please include the page you were on and, if you can, what assistive technology or browser you were using — it helps us reproduce and fix the issue faster. We read every message and will do our best to respond and address real barriers promptly.

A Note on This Statement

This statement describes a good-faith, ongoing effort toward WCAG 2.2 AA and is not a legal certification of compliance. The ADA does not currently have one detailed technical web regulation; WCAG is the benchmark most commonly used to evaluate accessibility in practice.
