Soulshine Wellness Co.
Help Me Bring The Practice to Life
A small family seed fund for the first harvest.
For a while now, I've been building something.
And if you're reading this, chances are you've already been part of it in some way.
You've had tea I've blended. You've been in the apothecary with all those jars of herbs that somehow keep multiplying. 😂 You've heard me talk about plants, tea, Soulshine Wellness, and the ideas that have been taking shape around all of it for years.

Some of you may remember that all of this began years ago with my Me and A Cuppa Tea Instagram account, where I shared my love of tea and old time tunes 🤣 Somehow, that little beginning grew into Soulshine Wellness Co. and, eventually, into something I've been quietly imagining and building for quite some time:

Me and A Cuppa Tea — the beginning.
That little tea-loving corner of my life never really went away. It just kept growing with me.
Over time, the curiosity became blending, the blending became Soulshine, and all of those threads eventually found their way here:
The Practice — a monthly tea ritual built around tea, rhythm, and a little wonder.
And I'm finally ready to put it out into the world.
The first collection, First Harvest, is coming together now. The teas have been developed, the experience has been built, and I'm getting the last practical pieces in place before I begin sending it into people's homes.

Before I open this chapter more widely, I wanted to come to family first.
I'm trying to raise $600 as a small seed fund to help with those final startup pieces — replenishing ingredients, packaging and printed materials, initial shipping costs, and a modest refresh of the apothecary where I research, blend, and prepare everything.
This isn't meant to fund The Practice indefinitely or cover every possible expense upfront. As members join, early subscription revenue will help fund what comes next.
I just need a little help getting First Harvest from my apothecary into someone else's home.
And truly, there is no pressure at all to contribute. I wanted to share this with the people who have already, tasted some of my teas, encouraged my ideas, and watched this thing become what it is.
If you'd like to help give it that first little push, I would be deeply grateful.

Tea is the invitation.
Rhythm is the returning.
Wonder is what becomes visible along the way.
Thank you for helping me begin.
