For a while now, I've been quietly creating something that brings together so much of what I love: tea, the seasons, small rituals, and the simple practice of paying closer attention to our lives.
It's called The Practice—a monthly tea ritual subscription box built around herbal allies, seasonal rhythms, and a little wonder.
The inaugural box curation, First Harvest, is gently coming to life. Before I share it more widely, I wanted to share it personally with a small group of people I feel connected to in one way or another.

The Practice is designed to give you a full month's journey through tea, made for enjoyment through the currents each day carries.
Monthly you'll receive three new small-batch blends: one for the morning, one for the midday, and one for the evening. Each guided by the season with ingredients, flavors, and moods that reflect the time of year.
Every blend is thoughtfully hand-crafted and made with carefully selected teas, herbs, flowers, fruits, and spices chosen for their quality, freshness, and flavor.
The Practice is your seasonal guide through herbal exploration. Each month, a new tea rhythm, a Practice Card, and Field Letter, to help you connect more deeply, daily, to the world within and around you.
The Founding Circle is limited to 50 members.

Me and A Cuppa Tea
It started years ago with a little Instagram page called Me and A Cuppa Tea (now DailySipRitual), just sharing my love of tea. That curiosity turned into blending, blending turned into Soulshine Wellness Co., and all of it has been leading here.
Tea is the invitation.
Rhythm is the returning.
Wonder is what becomes visible along the way.
